Chris Morel is the chairman of Nihaoouzhou and of the China Europe Management Centre. He is honorary Vice-Chairman of Alcatel Shanghai Bell and an honorary citizen of the cities of Beijing and Shanghai.

Mrs. Yin Linggu is COO China and is currently leading the China office of Nihaoouzhou in Shanghai. She works as an interpreter for several State leaders and for international seminars and forums. Yin Linggu is Executive Vice-President and secretary of the Board of Directors of Alcatel Shanghai Bell.

Dominiek Viaene is CEO of Nihaoouzhou. He has 20 years’ experience in communication, sales, and marketing. Dominiek is responsible for NHOZ's matchmakings and market research services.

Steven Rottiers is COO Europe and responsible for media. Steven has 15 years’ experience in communication and marketing. He studied Sinology at the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) between 1986 and 1990.

Mrs. JJ Sun is Business Development Manager in China and speaks fluent English. She studied Economics and Marketing in the USA.

Boudewijn J.C. Poldermans is chairman of NHOZ the Netherlands B.V. His career spans 23 years of management positions in trading, financial advisory services, and investment consulting in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam, and strategic advice to European and Asian governments. He holds a doctoral degree in Sinology.
